Herbs are comprised of many natural substances and all of the ones offered are completely plant based and I have created many prepackaged ones that you can take for typical symptoms such as altitude sickness, cold, flu, diarrhea, nausea, etc. I can also custom make an herbal supplement for whatever you need!

Acupuncture is holistic medicine that treats the whole person. Acupuncture treatment increases circulation of energy, decreases pain and anxiety and strengthens the immune system. Acupuncture balances the body and mind.
Cupping
Cupping works on the surface of the skin to release tight muscles and ease aches and pains, especially after skiing, hiking or long travel days. It can also help you feel better during cold and flu season and relieves stress both physically and mentally. Cupping complements all holistic medicine.
